The Hingham Education Foundation has funds available to make a limited
number of Major Grant awards in the range of $3,001 to $12,000 for programs

may require funding in excess of $12,000.
Major Grant applications should address one or more of the Foundation’s
objectives of:
- Enriching curriculum

Eligibility:
Major Grant applications are welcome from teachers, administrators, school staff, students, parents, or any interested citizen. A statement of support from the school principal, administrator, or staff member responsible for authorizing project implementation must be obtained prior to HEF consideration of the grant

How do I apply?
Major Technology Grants
If you are applying for a grant to purchase new technology, your grant application must be reviewed and approved by Joe Andrews before it is submitted to HEF. We have created a new “Technology Grant” form specifically for technology requests.
Unlike the other grant forms, we will not be accepting technology grant requests using the online form. Technology grant forms must be submitted to us in hardcopy after Joe has reviewed and signed-off on the request.
We urge you to work closely with Joe from the start to ensure that you have included the appropriate technology configuration and budget. Joe Andrews can be reached at jandrews@hinghamschools.com or at HHS at 781-741-1560, ext. 1081.
The Major Technology Grant application form is available for you to download in Microsoft Word format.
